Nice job on this one. I'm gonna guess this is a vector illustration? It looks like everything I love about working in vector programs. Great solid colors and line weights, and you've managed to make the classic witch have some real character.

I really like this character, very sexy eyes make it a little bit different from the typical Wicked Witch of the West type character you see these days. Would love to have seen a whole pose tho ;)
